Our very capable team here at Indulce is led by Kissan Swaby who has over twenty (20) years’ experience in the restaurant and hotel industry, in the United States of America and the Caribbean. She was formally trained at Hocking College (USA) and Runaway Bay Heart Academy (JA). Kissan is supported by her family and friends; who have enjoyed the fruits of her passion for many years and encouraged her to venture into starting Indulcé.

Kissan’s mastery with blending American cuisine with Caribbean is evident in our carefully crafted menu. At Indulce, we use spices and ingredients that are hand-picked from the native spice rack, guaranteeing a tastebud journey to the islands. Of course, we rarely serve cookie-cutter dishes; always be prepared for a delightful and memorable twist. You are invited to make a selection from any of our delicious signature dishes such as our chicken salad scoop or tutti fruity bruschetta. How about a jerk chicken breast served with a mango salsa or Indulcé jerk chicken served with shrimp fried rice for an entrée? You may complement any order with the sweet tropical taste of our mango peach cup cake.
